A Legacy of Faith.
A Future for Knowledge.

Honoring the life and work of Hajarat Yusuf by preserving Islamic scholarship through the beauty of the Yoruba language.

Rooted in Ogbomoso, Reaching the World.

The Hajarat Yusuf Institute (HYI) is a living tribute to a life dedicated to education. Inspired by Hajarat Yusuf—a veteran teacher of Yoruba and Islamic Studies—the Institute was established as a Sadaqa Jariya (ceaseless charity) by Allah's mercy.

We believe that the most profound connection to faith happens through the language of the heart. Based in Hajarat’s ancestral home of Ogbomoso, we utilize modern technology to ensure that her passion for teaching continues to benefit the Ummah for generations to come.
